DP·Win™ is a Windows based configuration, monitor and diagnostic tool with integrated user documentation. DP·Win™ enables the quick set-up, tuning and exercise of Agile Systems' digital power products MAX 3000™ and microMAX R.
This same software suite can also be used to orchestrate MAX 3000™, microMAX R, SILENTstep™, and DPDLite™.
All of the functionality of each digital power product is made available in an easy to use, graphical environment for configuration, tuning and troubleshooting. DP·Win™ is an instrument for machine developers as well as an effective tool for production and service personnel when troubleshooting the motion control system.

Benefits
DP·Win™ is compatible across all Agile Systems' digital power products providing a consistent interface across Agile Systems' line of Digital Motor Control and Distributed Servo products. When the PC is connected to a digital power product, DP·Win™ determines which product type is connected and provides access to the appropriate parameters and tools for that product.
Easily accessible and integrated within DP·Win™ is detailed documentation that follows the current operation of a digital power product. Background information is provided for setup and mechanical configuration, applicable command set, and detailed operation within each functional block.
DP·Win™ can be used both with and without a physical connection to a digital power product. By operating in virtual mode a user is able to access all documentation and help functions, access and set up all parameter settings and save to a file for later use.
A four-channel oscilloscope feature allows the user to visually monitor results on the PC while adjusting tuning parameters. For current loop tuning, DP·Win™ can automatically generate Kp, Ki and Kd terms automatically using the resistance, inductance and electrical time constant of the motor.
