Tom Geiger President and General Manager |
Tom has over 20 years progressive sales and senior management experience. He joined Agile Systems in 2005 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He is an accomplished leader in the industrial product marketplace, having held senior sales positions at UGS (now Siemens), Baan (now Infor) and Festo. Prior to joining Agile he was VP Sales and Marketing for Meikle Automation. Tom is a graduate of Ryerson University in Industrial Engineering.

Kyle Mackay, PhD Principal Engineer -
Drive Products |
Kyle directs Agile Systems Drive Products
development activities. His expertise is in motor
control, algorithm development, machine design and
magnetic analysis. He is also responsible for Agile
Systems most recent patents and patent filings.
Kyle is a Ph.D graduate in Electrical Engineering
from McMaster University.

Ransom Green Principal Engineer - Servo Products |
Under Ransom’s direction, Agile System has
developing numerous leading edge communication
protocols critical to high-speed servo automation
products. Ransom came to Agile from HP where he was
a senior hardware designer. Prior, he worked for
Motorola and was responsible for the development of
communication multiplexers and routers. Ransom is a
graduate of Ryerson University in Electrical
Engineering.

Charles McElroy Director of Manufacturing |
Charles has spent the last 10 years on the
operational side at Agile Systems where he has held
various positions. Prior to this, he spent a number
of years in the home building industry running a
small business venture. Charles holds an Electrical
Technology Diploma and is a graduate of Conestoga
College.

Dan Rose Manager Application Engineering |
Dan joined Agile Systems in 1998 and has held
numerous positions in the Engineering as well as the
Sales Departments. He is uniquely qualified to help
customers implement advanced strategies in motion
control and now anchors our Application Engineering
team. Dan is a graduate of Sault College of Applied
Arts and Technology with a diploma in Electronic
Engineering Technology, as well as having an
Electrical Engineering diploma from Conestoga
College.
